the
art and soul of birth
|
We are using this part of our site to celebrate the art of birth. From poetry to paintings, sculpture to theatre, birth stories to quilting, we acknowledge the power of women's ~ and men's ~ creativity in the production of a series of aesthetic forms. This is an area which is infrequently considered, but one which has the potential to emancipate ~ to free us from the shackles of reductionism and scientific rationality, if only for a short time. |
