  With Woman Products

We have brought a small range of products to this web site. Our aim is not to build a multinational birth business, but rather to be able to offer a few products for women, midwives and others which are related to the site. Some of these are unique, unusual or otherwise difficult to get hold of. Above are the items we can offer by mail order. Click on the pictures or names of the product to see more information.

You can now order any of these products by credit card or debit card, just click on the "Add To Basket" buttons to select an item to buy. You can buy a number of items or just one item. Click on "View Cart" to view or amend your purchases. Once you're done click on "checkout" and you will be taken to a 100% secure order page where you can place your order via PayPal. Alternatively we accept cheques by post. To pay by cheque click here to access an order form which you can print off and use to order with a cheque by post.

All prices already have postage and packing figured in. As we are a UK based business we've listed 3 prices under most products; these show the cost for mailing the product in the UK, in Europe (outside UK), and internationally (outside Europe). Please note that if you order the product using the wrong price (e.g. you order a product by clicking on the UK price but you live outside the UK) then we'll contact you and either send you a PayPal link to pay the extra postage costs, or refund your purchase and ask you to buy again at the correct price.

We will send your order out as soon as possible but please allow 14 days for delivery following your payment by credit or debit card, (or 21 days if paying by cheque sent in post) before contacting us. If you haven't received your order after 21 days please contact us immediately, as we cannot track your order or gain compensation for non delivery of orders after 28 days. If we haven't been notified within 28 days we'll assume your order arrived ok and we won't be able to send a replacement product or refund you if your order hasn't arrived. We are unable to offer refunds for products containing personal items such as stethescopes and thermometers, but we will be happy to offer a replacement item in the case of a faulty item as long as you return the faulty product to us with a note explaining the problem within 28 days of receipt. (Please email us for address details).

If you have any questions about our products or how to order from us, please email birthmoon@peacemail.com and we will do our best to get back to you with an answer quickly. (Please note that the 'birthmoon' address is only for queries relating to products - all other email should be sent to withwomanuk@yahoo.co.uk.)
